Hover effect and link not working as expected

Hi there,

I have a hover effect in a banner found in the pro footer of my clients website - https://staging5.methodtraining.co.uk/contact/

On two of the pages, the expected hover effect and link when you click the bar don’t function.

You can see the expected behaviour on the home page, where it works as expected: https://staging5.methodtraining.co.uk/

Could you have a look to determine what might be stopping this from working? It only ceases to work on the Contact Us and Testimonials page, on all other pages, it works as it should.

I’d appreciate any assistance you can provide.
