Horizontal scrolling in a specific section

Hi,

I’m planning a new project that demands a horizontal scroll on just one specific section.
Just like this example https://embacy.io (please refer the section with the black background it freezes there and scroll horizontal, once reach to end it again scroll vertically)
I want the page flow exactly like this, I want to know can I achieve it through themeX and/or through slider revolution or do I have to figure out something else, please advise accordingly I’ll decide will start a project in X or something else.

Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.
