I know that we can create a flex with a horizontal scroll for the overflow in the header but, we don’t inherently have that option for Rows inside of Sections for Columns.
Is there a CSS combination that we could to create this functionality in our body content?

What you have in mind will give you more complicated layout. This is why at the moment the columns stay within the bounds of the sections and rows. Be aware that custom coding is beyond the scope of our support. Any css code given might create conflict with other elements and even messed up the page layout sooner or later. We’ve added this as a feature request so it can be taken into consideration for future development.

I completely understand. Thank you for replying. I look forward to it possibly being a future feature. I love it in the Pro Headers and would love to see it in the regular sections!
