Hook to add Total on Cart page

I just cant seem to be able to add the Total below the items, and above the coupon code, on the cart page. I want to see the total where the arrow is pointing in the screenshot below. Is this outside the realm of support…anybody have any ideas? I am sure its just a simple hook…

Hey Andrew,

That is actually the default structure of the woocommerce cart page where the total is in a separate block from the product list.
