I try to save the homepage of my site and I keep getting an notification that says: “Uh oh content failed to save.” It only happens on this one page.

I tried editing your pages and I find out that only your home page is having the issue.
There could be a weird character or an element that is preventing your page from saving.
Try to recreate your homepage to a new page, adding the contents bits by bits and checking each time if saving works.
That way you will be able to narrow down what is causing the issue.
