Homepage not loading on a mobile, but all others do

I’m having a problem with our homepage not loading on a mobile, all other pages load fine,

Do you know what could be causing this?

I have checked your website on my Android mobile and found that the Home Page is loading perfectly fine. If you are still getting the same issue, please mention the device, browser name and version, and also the operating system you are using, that helps us to replicate the issue at our end.

Hi, thank you for coming back to me,

I am using an iPhone 12 Pro Max with Google Chrome Version: 97.0.4692.84 and Safari (unsure on version).

The crew have also tried this and getting the same problem, just on the homepage, unsure on what phones they use.

I checked your site on my iPhone 7 + and I can replicate the issue. I also noticed that there is a JS console error on your site, it might be due to plugin conflict. I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
2. CSS/JS Customization
3. Version Compatibility
4. Disabling Cache

If it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

When viewing your site, I am seeing this error:
//my-titania.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/2P7A3465RT.jpg Could not be loaded !

Kindly clear the browser cache on your iPhone. If you are using Safari, use private browsing mode and test your site again.
