Website in question in foxsdavidsville.com. The home page is stacking all elements on top of each other and not reflecting changes on mobile. I have used the x theme with cornerstone for many years and have never seen this happen.

Please be advised that a row with two or more columns will collapse and displayed stacked below each other in smaller screens. Your homepage has only one section with two rows, and each has only one columns.
If your changes in Cornerstone were not reflected in smaller screens, then most probably you are experiencing some caching issues. Please clear your caches and temporarily disable Endurance Page Cache in Settings > General > Endurance Page cache.
