Homepage is not formatted when logged out

Hello, my company website has a couple of issues:

Here is the URL: www.incognito.careers

  1. If a user is not logged in, the home page looks like nonsense.
  2. WHen an admin logs in OR if any user logs out, we get a critical error.

Can someone please help make heads or tales of this? I have exhausted my knowledge.
