Homepage Images Do Not Load After Update

Hi there,

I just updated both X Theme and Cornerstone to the latest updates and now the featured images from my posts do not load on my homepage. I’ve tried clearing cache and I still don’t have any success. The images in my blog posts show up fine and it shows that I still have a featured image in the blog post, but nothing appears in my slider or thumbnails on my home page.

Hi @leadconmedia,

I checked and can see that your image url have something appended to it which is most likely caused by a third party plugin.

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Solved thank you! It was because of Disqus and Jetpack that were causing issues. Do you know what I can do prevent this from happening? I would like to continue using Disqus.

Hi @leadconmedia,

I checked and I’m not sure how it affects the image on the front. If it’s true, then something within the plugin should be changed and I’m not sure which. And it shouldn’t be due to update since nothing changed on that very part of the theme, the blog templates.
