Hi, My homepage Rev Slider has a slight delay in fully loading unless a user takes action on the page. In this slider is a video. Right now I believe I am using the smart loading option. What I’m trying to accomplish is the user seeing the background image of the slider and having the video load at the same time when a user visits the website. As of now it will load once the user scrolls or taps the screen (on mobile) but there is still a slight delay in the video playing… On desktop it’s behaves the same in terms of the delay. How can I get them both to load instantly. I tried adding the main slider image as a background at one point, but it seems to have the page white before the slider loaded full. Can you please assist. I have going in cirles like a puppy chasing its tail. I have included credentials in a secure note.

I checked your website, and it appears that you are using a self-hosted video, which is 4.4MB in size. I would suggest optimizing the video size to around 2-3MB maximum.

Hi @prakash_s

I optimized the video through the slider option. Which setting should it be on for what I wish to accomplish? At present I believe it’s set to smart lazy loading. I want the video and images to appear on the screen soon as you visit the website without delay. Right now you have to scroll or touch the screen for it to pop up at all on mobile for example

I rechecked your site, it seems that the video size is still 4.4MB I would suggest optimizing the video size to around 2-3MB maximum.
