When going to the main URL of the site, the designated ‘Home’ page is displayed, but it looks like no CSS or X theme code is applied. When clicking to another page it looks as it should, and if you click to go the home/root, the page then loads correctly. Thereafter if you visit the site, it appears correctly.
I’ve tested in Firefox, Chrome, and Safari on multiple desktops, and the result is the same.

It generally happens due to cache I would suggest you please purge all the cache and then check it again if it doesn’t work for you we need to check your settings. I would request you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details meanwhile you must troubleshoot a few common issues before we investigate your settings.

Do you mean site cache or web browser cache? I don’t know how to purge site cache.

Edit: I purged the site cache and it still is not working on other test browsers.
Tested on other browsers and the cache purge seems to have been effective.
