Hoe do I style a gravity form checkbox field using a shortcode

Hello,

We have been using a standard form and are now switching to gravity forms.
In the past, we used ConvertPlug in X to add a more information popup into a gravity form.

Now that we’re switching to gravity forms, we’d like to keep the functionality, but it’s not working. The CPModal shortcode isn’t recognized.

We’ve input the cpmodal shortcode right into the field content for the choice in a gravity form multiplechoice question. I think this is the issue. Does anyone know how this should be properly done?
