I need to know the names of the fonts I am using in my website, so I know what fonts to use in parallel projects liek business cards or other graphic tasks. Please let me know. I use not regular, not frequent fonts in places like the menu or the headers or headers titles.

I can see you are using "Raleway" google for heading and "Open Sans" for the body.
To change the font of finding out which font you are using please go to X-> Theme Option -> Typography.
If you want to know only the font from browser please check this.
Sometimes it can get a bit difficult to find out the right selector to be able to write the required CSS codes. A handy tool that can help you in this is Google Chrome dev tools. I am sharing the resource that you can refer to get started with dev tools.
