Highlight Element Issue

We are having difficulty using the ‘highlight element’ in our website. The images that we are uploading through this element are not getting displayed. Here is a screenshot of the front end along with details that we can see through ‘inspect element’

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that you are using a custom element, which is beyond the scope of theme support. I would like to suggest you hire a developer who can assist you on this or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where we answer the questions beyond normal theme support.
