Hiding During Breakpoints Not Showing Options

Since updating to the latest version of Pro I no longer have the Hide During Breakpoint Options available in the Setup. Can you advise? I took action of disabling all plugins and that did not make a change.

I just check your website and the HideDuring Breakpoint Option is just there in the customize setup.
