How can I hide certain menu items for non logged-in users and the logged-in users.

It is technically possible with custom development, but we do not provide support for custom development as it would be outside the scope of our support. So if you’re interested in that direction, I would suggest you to contact a developer or service. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.
