Hide total price in email summary with E&P booking form

Hi there,

Query relates to booking form at www.coastaltidybags.com.au, I am using pro theme. I have added login details in secure note as it is under maintenance.

I have created an online booking form for a client. The form is to collected to gather the information of the job, not to determine a price and collect payment. The client wants to be able to have customers book in their job which they then will be contact to confirm the price according to the job size and location once they have had a discussion in regards to job.

I have ticked hide price in email and summary for everything, however the confirmation email still shows up a total price value in the project scope.

Is there a way I can hide ensure they is not total price displayed in the email?

Hey Naomi,

Regretfully, the Total Price is part of the Project Content and there’s no way to hide it. In case you don’t know, that is the Email Editor under the Email tab and I’m referring to the Customer Email.

You’ll need to replace the Project Content shortcode in the email with individual item shortcodes like this:

As you can see in the sample/screenshot, the label and item shortcodes are added manually. You can get the shortcodes in using the Get the value of a field button.

As you might also have noticed, it will no longer be a table. It’s still possible to make it a table but that would require custom development service from a web developer.
