Hide Themeco provided plugins from client's site

Hi, I wonder if you can help me please?

I have a network installation for a client. It appears that they have enabled and activated all of the included plugins on one of the sites. I’ve been going round in circles trying to disable and remove them completely because as soon as I try to disable them or delete their folders via ftp and log into the website the plugins activate and install themselves! Is there anything in the database that needs to be deleted?

Going forward I would like to hide Themeco’s and the 3rd party plugins provided through Pro along with Max from them apart from the ones activated on the website (ACF and Woocommerce on one site, BBPress on another).

Hi @KenCope,

Thanks for reaching out.
There is no such option to hide specific plugins for specific users. But you can check for any free plugin available in the WordPress plugin repository which helps you restrict access to the plugins.

Thanks

Hi @KenCope,

I have discussed this with our development team further and it appears that the issue may be related to certain plugins that automatically install Themeco Extensions.
To investigate further, could you please share your site login credentials via a secure note?

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

NOTE: If you find the plugin WP All ACF Import Pro is installed, I would suggest you report back to the plugin author, on this.

Thanks

Hi @tristup
Thanks for your replies.
Yes, the WP All Import Pro ACF extension is the culprit! I’ve got in touch with the developer.
Ken

Hi Ken,

Thanks for the confirmation. Please let us know the feedback from the plugin author on this.

Will do

Hi Ken,

You are most welcome.
