Are there any CSS examples of using the Cornerstone accordions that can have a link to show more of the accordion’s content? Basically I want to setup a “read more or continue” link that would further expand the full content loaded into the accordion.

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by Accordion element. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.
