In my pro theme I’ve configured the portfolio page for future use. But I still don’t have any portfolio items ready, so I want to return a 404 when the user enters the url for the portfolio page. How can I achieve that? Thanks.
In that case, the portfolio archive page will still be visible.

Sorry that I have missed the Archive Page mentioned in the title. If you don’t have any portfolio items, in that case, the Archive page will show Nothing to Show Right Now. If you don’t have any items right now, you can disable it from Theme Options, and you need to enable it before starting to add the portfolio items.
