Hide if dynamic text is empty

Is there a way to do this for dynamic text? Target a class, and hide that element if the dynamic text is empty?

Thank you for writing in, regretfully, unlike image, text has no attributes that we can target when its empty. Please test a few suggestion below and see if there is something that works for you.
