Hide hover effect of creative cta on touch devices

Dear X-theme-Team.

Is there a way to deactivate the creative cta’s hover effect on touch devices, since it does not work properly and won’t show the hover state before loading the linked content?

The best way would be that the creative cta shows after clicking it, the hover state while loading the linked content. An alternative that would work also would be that the hover state won’t show at all.

Hi There,

Sorry but we can not provide support for modifying any Cornerstone element. The best way you can get around this is to replace the Creative CTA element with a Prompt element when the page is viewed in mobile. To do this add a Prompt element just underneath the Creative CTA.

Add a CLASS cs-hide-xl cs-hide-lg cs-hide-md on the Prompt element so it wont be visible on desktop view. Then add a CLASS cs-hide-sm cs-hide-xs to the Creative CTA so it wont be visible on mobile view.

The Button element would an option too if you don’t want the Prompt element.
