Hide during breakpoints and SEO

Hi there, I have been looking around the forum, and google, but haven’t really found a definitive answer.

If I have the same content, but hide it during breakpoints…is that classed as duplicate or spammy content by google? If look at the source code, it is definitely duplicated…will google see it this way?

Thanks for reaching out.
The Hide During Breakpoints options hide the sections or elements in specific breakpoints but it loads into the DOM. So, if the same content is added it might be taken as a duplicate.

I know hiding content, and links used to be a black hat SEO method, but do you think google will see this as bad website building? bad for SEO?
