Hide Cross Sells if none present

Is there a way to hide the Cross Sells element, or the parent element, in my case a Tab, if NO cross sells are present/designated?

Thanks for writing in! If you used the prefab Cross Sells element inside the Tab element, there is no way you can hide the tab. Please share the URL of the product page where there is no Cross Sells so we can take a look at it. May be we can suggest an alternative.

sure, i actually built it with a “posts” component

we have the same template for all products

this product does not have any cross sells

Hey @uxmediahouse,

Please check this structure:

1.) Disable the Looper Provider in the Posts element
2.) Have your UpSell Looper Provider in the Related Products tab element instead
3.) Add a condition in the tab “Looper Provider is not EMPTY”
