Hide button for users NOT logged in

Hi there!

At the moment I have found this topic https://theme.co/apex/forums/topic/hide-button-for-logged-in-user-issue/

That works for users logged in. Is there anything that works in the opposite way, so showing a menu item for logged in users only.

I have added the ‘If menu’ plugin and it seems to work however it shows ‘create a menu’ in its place for non logged in users. How would I take this out?

Logged in users see this -

Users not logged in see this -

Thanks!

Hello @mickster58,

Thank you for a very detailed post information.

To resolve your issue, you must assign at least one menu item that is for non logged in users in the “Membership Portal” menu.

We are not familiar with If menu plugin. You may need further assistance regarding how the menu items displays from the creators of this plugin. They should be able to help you and explain more in detail regarding your issue.

Thank you for your understanding.
