Hi there
In earlier versions of pro it was possible to minimize / hide the bar temporarily to have a full screen view of the page.
Do you have the feature still somewhere?

Hi Andreas,
Try the cmd+shift+A keyboard shortcut. That should hide everything including the main bar.
