Hidden non secure link

Hi, so I am working on the technical SEO of this site and and getting this action. It appears to be on ALL pages of the site. The SEO support have said the following:

Hey James,

It looks like for each action that comes up, it’s this same outbound link on each page.

Therefore, I think if you fix this in the back end of your CMS, that will resolve all the actions.

Sure I understand, I just can’t see the link either in the backend of frontend anywhere
