In order to get the video tutorial of the slider, I would suggest you go to your Themeco account dashboard —>Modern Sliders–>Course—>Scroll down to the “06. Hero Prompt Slider” section you would get the video tutorial over there.

I have two questions about the HERO PROMPT SLIDER.
The first: I tried to change images to JSON with no success. How you do it?
The second: is it possible that the slides are automatic instead of manual?

Hi @ferlo61,

To change the image, you need to change the image URL in the JSON attributes, as shown in the following screenshot.

To make the slide Autoplay, you need to set the option to Interval from Slider Container > Options > Autoplay as shown in the given screenshot. And also need to adjust the Duration for the interval.

Hi @ferlo61,

It will be very difficult to say anything without investigating the settings through the WordPress admin dashboard. I would suggest you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
– Specific page where you have added the slider

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

I have checked the page and found the images are loading from JSON perfectly fine.

If that is not the case and you are trying to point out something else, please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem.

Hi @ferlo61,

The Prompt slider was not there while checking the page last time. I have checked the slider and found that the image element is set with the wrong image, I went ahead and set the image with the looper field. Now it is showing the images as per the JSON.
