Help with sidebar menu widget and embedded site

https://hamsfitness.com/book-now is the page I am having issues with.

The page has an embedded script to show a membership site that allows customer account management and appointment bookings embedded.

The membership sites native menu system is basically crap for use on a mobile so I tried using the sidebar widget option to add my own menu system for the membership site using custom links (to the embedded member sites pages) and when I click the sidebar menu links the url changes to the correct page but the embedded page fails to load any new pages until I refresh the page.

Is this an embed issue, something I have done wrong with the links or an issue with the membership site?

Do you want to display it like this?

Please go to Cornerstone > Theme Options > Typography > Site Links and set your “Link Color” and the “Link Hover Color” so that those links in the sidebar will be visible.

With the embedded site, we do not have any control over it. The theme is only a container that displays the external site.
