Help with PRO header

Hello,

I’m trying to build an header like the one on this picture:

The header is to be fixed on top of the page.
How can i accomplish this:

  • with 2 bars (bar 1 - contacts; bar 2 - logo+menu)?

  • or only with 1 bar (if so, how can i put all the information at the locations refered in the image?)

    I tried to put 2 bars but the top bar allways disappear or makes scrolling… i can’t make them fixed together in the top of the page.

    Can you help me with this?
