Help with Modal Pop up

Hello we are using Convert Plus Modal Popup with a form

When there is an error on the form, instead of showing an error message the from just closes leaving the user to think the form was sent

Is there a way to have the popup stay up and show an error message, if not is there a better way to achieve this?

Thanks for writing in! ConvertPlus plugin may not support a Formidable plugin. I can not find any mention of the plugin in their documentation here: https://www.convertplug.com/plus/?s=Formidable

In the meantime, please switch or try out our Content Area Modal element and insert the Formidable form in the content area modal content.

Hello thank you for this, but how do we make the image to be full size?

Additionally, it still closed the pop up when there are errors, is there a way to make it stay open?

Hi Adwin,

Regretfully, we won’t be able to provide a fix for that since those are 3rd party plugins, you might need to consider the Content Area Modal, or use a different lightbox/modal plugin that works with Formidable plugin well.
