Help with layout error, again

Hello guys!
I already had in the past this error in the back end, and it’s here again. the front end is fine. But I need to acces the back end to make changes… and I can’t

Can you please let me know what causes it? I cannot keep redoing my posts all the time. It’s such a waste of time.

It appears to be special character related.

May I know what last changes you have applied? Please try deleting your builder content one at a time, once it works then the last content that you have deleted is the culprit. Make sure to back up your page or site before doing it.

And since it’s not selectable through the preview, then I recommend using the skeleton mode to edit it.

Hi Isabella,

I have investigated the issue and it turn out that it is because of CORS issue generated by W3 Total Cache. I can see that you have enabled CDN in the plugin. Please temporarily disable the CDN and the issue should be resolved.

Hi there. I did what you told me but I still have the same issue. I have also found it on a different post. where it doesnt’ display some immage and I get the same message instead…

Hi Isabella,

After you have disabled CDN, you must clear all your caches first since you have installed W3 Total Cache. If nothing helps, then please temporarily disable W3 Total Cache plugin as well.

Hi there. I disabled the cache but it still doesn’t work.

(EDITED) oh! wow but then I used the skeleton mode and now it’s working. Can I reactivate the total cache plugin?

You can activate your W3 Total Cache plugin, then purge full cache again, also clear browser cache as well and re-test your issue again. You can refer to the following guide if required (https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-clear-your-cache-in-wordpress/).

If you’re still having issues, temporarily disable any CSS/JavaScript minifications on your caching plugin. Also it’s a good practice to test your site on Chrome’s Incognito mode to avoid further caching (https://www.lifewire.com/incognito-mode-google-chrome-4103635).
