Help with Google Maps Not Loading Properly on Property Search Please!

Hi, I’m using a plugin to show a property feed on a website I’m doing and it all seems to be working correctly apart from the Google Maps bit. I’ve entered the correct API details but it’s coming up with an error message:

This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.

I don’t know how to fix this, as I know the settings I’ve entered are all correct and I’ve already created a staging site and disabled all the plugins (apart from the property feed) to see if there was a conflict, but I still get the error message.

I’ll put the URL in a secure note as it’s being built on a temp link.

Thanks for reaching out!

Nowadays, rendering a Google Map will require API. Upon checking on the Google Console you have an issue with RefererNotAllowedMapError, please refer to this article on how you can fix your issue.

Hi @marc_a,

Ah ok, thanks for letting me know! There must be a setting or something within the clients Google account I need to verify the site with - I think it’s because it’s being built on a temp link as the live site is showing the Google map fine!
