Hi there,

I have a site that I’m working on and I ran into some issues with EG. The site is under construction, so I’ll provide logins in a separate note.

  1. I have a IMAGE loaded in the middle of the EG item, and on HOVER, there’s a text that appears at the bottom. Problem is, at page load, the IMAGE appears at the wrong spot, until I hover over the item.

  1. I have a separate EG set up on a different page. Here’s the issue is that I would like to reverse the effect of it:

So originally, the (0.4 opacity black) cover does not appear naturally, only on HOVER. However, I would like it to appear, and dissappear on hover. Is there an easy way to achieve this? I kind of achieved it, but it doesn’t work well and has no animation.

I’m trying to add a video in the Leírás column but it does not start. Tried .mov and .mp4 formats, both do the same. ANy ideas?

Thanks for writing in!

1.) I could not replicate the issue. As soon as U load the page, the images in the grid are in place. There are no movement of the image when I hover over theme.

2.) To reverse the effect of the grid item when you hover over them, you will need to edit your grid skin. To do that, please check out this documentation:

3.) There is no sidebar on the page. By default, the left side displays the product image and the right side will display all the information about the product like title, description, price, etc. If you want to insert a video, you may need to insert the correct video url. To do that, please check this out:
