Help with embedding a form into Pro theme

Hi, i wish to embed this code:

where can I paste this in? I have tried to launch Pro > Content > Edit a specific page > Add Section > Add Row > Add Code Snippet Element ----- and pasted the above code but the form won’t show.

Can please advise.
