Help with Embed Code

So I am using an Ecwid Store, and it utilizes a short code [ecwid] but when I put that shortcode on our page it creates adds a bunch of code after the embed. I have tried on a few other sites also built on X Theme and the issues does not take place. Can you please try to help with this? Thanks so much.

There could be a plugin or custom code that affects your Ecwid shortcodes.

I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.

1. TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
3. THEME UPDATE
4. CHILD THEME
5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

Hi @bcoplin,

Sorry that you’re this issue, this seems to be a conflict with the new [cs_content_seo] feature in Cornerstone/Content builder. I’ve submitted this to our issue tracker so the developers will be made aware of it.

For now, this is what you can do, edit your store page in WordPress Editor, and remove manually the content starting from [cs_content_seo] to [/cs_content_seo]

Do this once you finish editing the page in Pro’s Editor to avoid the back and forth from Pro’s Editor and WordPress Editor.
