Help with cornerstone

I have read some of the other topics on this and cant resolve the issue. When I click the install and activate cornerstone link I get the following error

www.g3xpro.com is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500**

Then when I go to the plugins page and try to activate it I get

Fatal error : Cannot redeclare cs_generate_data_attributes() (previously declared in /home/midwe139/public_html/g3xpro/wp-content/plugins/tco-video-lock/functions/includes/cs/helpers.php:4) in /home/midwe139/public_html/g3xpro/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/utility/helpers.php on line 181

I tried to uninstall it directly from the plugin directory

Sorry, found this from another post and it worked

“ok i fixed it , i disabled video lock plugin and then enabled cornerstone then reenabled video lock and everything worked fine!”
