Can someone help me with a problem on my site


When i click on something everything in the site is black?
What is the problem?

when you click in the menu?
I can open the site but when i click on a button or the menu i’ve got a black site?

Ok, just from a quick look, do you have a plugin called swipebox? because that seems to be the cause of the black screens… it appears when you click a menu item it is also triggering swipebox.

Try deactivating swipebox and investigating from there.

  1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
  2. CSS/JS Customization
  3. Version Compatibility
  4. Disabling Cache

Thanx a lot for the quick reaction! I’ve deactivate al plugins and the problem is gone. So i have to find out which plugin the problem is.

Great that you have found the cause of the issue, I would suggest you activate the plugin one by one and check if the issue is back. Please mark the specific plugin for which the issue comes back.
