HELP! Trying to Transfer a License

Attempting to transfer a license—I’ve unlocked it, but the other account is receiving a message that the code needs to revoked and re-assigned.

Thanks for reaching out. I cannot see any unlocked licenses in your account. Were you able to resolve it already? If not, let us know the last 4 digits of the license you’d like to be removed from your account and I’ll detach it manually.

Yours is a bit of a unique situation since the license on your account is from an older system. Could you send us an email ([email protected]) and let us know the username of the account you want to transfer the license to? We can do it manually for you. Thanks!
