We are experiencing a serious problem, with prejudice to the image of the company. The website intermittently redirects visitors to malicious spam sites. It seems that it only occurs when you do it from an IP where you haven’t accessed the website. from before. Also when I google the website from a new IP location and click the first link called e.g. CONTACT I get redirected to a different webpage.

It is possible that some of your website files are compromised and redirection scripts were injected which causes the issue.
I suggest installing the Wordfence plugin and scan all your website files using the plugin. If there are any suspicious files or codes added to the website files, the plugin will report it after the scan and it will provide some information on how to clean it up.
