Help recreating the following form (screenshot added for reference)

Hello!

I’m trying to recreate this form in Cornerstone but I’m lost after all the new recent updates to the theme.
I’m using SendFox as my email marketing platform and they only provide a simple contact form with a slot for the name, email, and GDRP compliant checkbox.

I want my form to look like this (circled in red is the code I’ll be adding from SendFox in the form of a ‘raw’ element - we can ignore the recaptcha).

I need help figuring out how to make a border around a box element. Then how to add the text inside the outlined box, “Get the survival food list”, “you will receive the download link…” , , Then, a raw element for the form, and finally the text “if you’re unable to download…”

I would appreciate any information or link to a tutorial if that is already available.

thanks so much!!

Hi Nadia,

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems the reCaptcha has been integrated with the Contact Form 7. You need to remove it from the specific form, the code might look like [recaptcha size:compact]. Please find the detailed documentation in this article: https://contactform7.com/recaptcha-v2/
If that does not helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

No, I said I want to re-create the form. I can’t figure out the new Cornerstone updates, so I need help with:

  1. Making a border inside a section
  2. Adding a headline inside the bordered section
  3. Adding a text element below that
  4. Adding a “raw” element after that

That’s it. The form I showed is only an example of what I want. It is made by SendInBlue and has nothing to do with Cornerstone.

I’m having the hardest time figuring out how to make a border inside a section.

I hope my question makes more sense. Thanks for your help!

Yes that was super helpful!! Thank you so much!

One last question- if I wanted to wrap <div> & </div> tags around the entire section, how would I go about doing that?

This is what the backend looks like:

Thank you so much!

Hello Nadia,

If you want to wrap it with a div tag, insert a Div element in the column. And then, you will have to move the headline, gap, text element, raw element, etc into the Div element.

Hope this makes sense.

Ok, this is how I did it . Could you confirm please that I did it correctly?

Thanks so much!

Hi Nadia,

Yes, you did it correctly.

Thanks

Thank you!!
