Help! Problem after Cornerstone was updated

Hello guys,
a strange problem occurred after we updated Theme X and Cornersone to the latest version!
The problems are - The video elements have stopped showing, and the buttons are in a very strange shape … -> https://prnt.sc/11v8h6g even if we create a completely new button, it is still in the same shape!
The problem manifests itself in several pages, at least as far as we have noticed, the pages are:

We checked if it is not from a conflict of plugins and in our opinion it is not from that …

Thanks for writing to us.

I checked your site. It might be the issue of version compatibility. I noticed that you are using the latest version of cornerstone 5.3.3 and the older version of the X theme(8.2.3 ). Please make sure you have updated the theme, plugin, and WordPress core as per our version compatibility page.

I would suggest you follow the below steps while updating to the latest version of the theme.

  1. Delete the Cornerstone
  2. Update the X theme to the latest version on automatic updates
  3. After the X theme is updated, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be at the latest version

I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

  1. Testing For Theme Related Issue
  2. Testing For Plugin Conflict
  3. Theme Update
  4. Child Theme
  5. Css/Js Customization
  6. Increasing Php Memory Limit
  7. Disabling Cache
  8. Disabling Cdn
  9. Permalinks
  10. Version Compatibility

If none of those work, It would be best if you could copying your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
  • FTP Details

thank you for the quick response!
The problem turned out to be that the version of Theme X was older and the version of Cornerston was new!
We updated the Theme and everything was fine now,
