Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that you have installed the theme in a different folder and it shows that in wp-content/themes/bp/x whereas it needs to be installed directly into the themes folder and path would be wp-content/themes/x. I would suggest you check the folder structure through the FTP/CPanel. If that is not the case, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
– FTP/CPanel to access the folder and files.

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
