I have tried every variation of downloading theme x, extracting and unzipping. I’ve read on other forms that you’ve simply logged in and completed the installation. I need help. Please help me. I will send password/login info but please help me. I see others are getting a response and I’m at my wits end!
Thank you!
Hello @klevy0225,
Thanks for asking.
It seems that you have created multiple tickets for same topic. We have responded to other tickets that you have created. It’s a humble request that please don’t create multiple tickets on same topic as it slows down the response time. We have shared necessary resources and asked for login details in case you still face the same issue.
Thanks.
