Help: Envira Gallery Not Working

Good day,

After we got our website back (X Theme pro) from a malware.
We can’t get back our Envira Gallery and some features not working anymore.

As priority, we want our Envira Gallery to be functional again. PLS HELP!

Very important: Can you replace the theme files with fresh copies while maintaining the current design & content as it is? Atleast get back all the X Theme Pro functions/features to work properly just like newly installed again please?

Hello Dondon,

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your homepage and I found out that you are using an outdated Pro theme (5.1.5). Please have it updated and use the latest version instead before we can continue to troubleshoot your Envira Gallery issue. You may need to check out this documentation for more details on how you can update the Pro theme:

You may need to contact someone or hire a developer if you are not comfortable working with WordPress and updates.
