Help creating video page gallery

I have a video gallery already set up on my old site using the embed code method and the videos are all on YouTube but I really do not like how the videos are displayed nor do I like the video suggestions showing up at the end of the video. So instead I am either going to self host the videos or move them to Vimeo. Either way, I was wondering if it is possible using this theme to get my page to look like animate like the video gallery on this page > https://artexproductions.com/work/#

I was looking at the VIDEO elements in the knowledge base and I am not really following the directions as they do not seem to match up with what I am seeing. Weather I click on EMBED or PLAYER, not all of the sections described in the Knowledge Base can be found. Am I missing something?
