Help - category post broken format preview

Hi! i need help with fixing the format on the preview of category posts/post category. Sorry I don’t know what to call this.

"Please check the image below: this is on a list of recent post or something like that."
this is the link: product updates category

"It should look like this: this is on the post."
and this is the post link: post link

I can’t find a option on the theme on how to edit or fix this. Hope someone know this. It possible to edit or fix this?

The formatting of excerpt is disabled by default. To enable the format on excerpt, please follow this article:

Allow HTML in excerpt

Please note that custom coding is outside the scope of our support. Issues that might arise from the use of custom code and further enhancements should be directed to a third party developer.
