on my account page - on internal endpoint (account details) it shows the form of user details and i added two extra fields by the help of ACF (shown in the below image ) i want to add this two fields to this form ! help me out.

Regretfully there is no option for that at the moment It would require custom development I would suggest you please contact a developer who can assist you with your concerns or you may subscribe to One where customization questions are answered.
