Do you want to insert the video on a page? Simply create your page in Pro editor and then insert a video element. You should be able to layout the video, the headline and some other texts on the page.

Is the site in question the URL I have posted in Secure Note? If so, I tried to navigate around the site but I can’t seem to see the page you are working on.

For the meantime, try switching the Player Type to Embed. If that does not work, try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If the issue persists, please provide us with the URL of the page in question so that we can have a look.

Hello Curtis,

In your screenshot, you select “Player” as the video type which is not correct. Please be advised that the player will only accept filename.mp4, filename.ogv or filename.webm. It does not work with a Youtube or Vimeo url. If you video is coming from Youtube or Vimeo, please use embed and get the embedded video code instead.
