It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

but the supported plugins in X cant do what i want, i am trying to make a popup window that shows a video gallery slider. and no X plugins can do that, correct me if i am wrong

As Christian explained, we can only help you with anything that has something to do with the theme or with the bundled plugins. At the moment, we do not have any feature or plugin that could display a video gallery slider. We would highly recommend that you contact the creators of WPPopupMaker because they are more familiar of the plugin and how you may be able to set it up correctly.
